I have been following the above plan and I just saw that they have posted a more comprehensive 9 week plan with more progression and video tutorials on how to do the moves https://www.wagnerskis.com/blogs/jo...ness-plan-strength-mobility-injury-preventionThis is a good one if you don't always have access to gym equipment.
