We do dock jumping with our dogs through DockDogs. The DockDogs season and the ski season have little overlap in the Midwest, so we switch from one to the other. DockDogs National Championships are in mid-October, then we switch to thinking about snow!

I've never heard of this, so I went looking. That is so neat and it seems to be big here in Canada. It looks like fly-ball on water!

Is that where you throw a ball or something to see how far the dog can leap off the end of a dock? sounds cool, I've seen it on TV. dogs rule.

We used to have a perfect spot to do that with our dog... and then they declared it "watershed" and no dogs are allowed in the area anymore. And people can't swim in the water either. Such a bummer...
