That looks so fun!We had so much fun at Sugarloaf today! The snow was great, and we lucked out with no wind as well. This was the first time I’ve made it to Sugarloaf where I got to get into Brackett Basin, it’s a lot of fun. I can see why it’s so popular.
As always, the best part of Diva East has been the time spent with so many amazing Divas!

More Brackett
Proof! I did glades, and these were the smaller of the two, t here was a second that was slightly steeper and tighter
Well, that's funny!! Yeah we had blue skies and excellent snow, but I'm not sure the weather was "nice."Looks like you guys had some nice weather. Beautiful pics. Miss you all!
Well, that's funny!! Yeah we had blue skies and excellent snow, but I'm not sure the weather was "nice."
The first day was wicked, wicked cold . . . single digits, a bit of wind.
Second day was wicked cold . . . got up to the teens, less wind.
Third day, well that was "nice."
Fourth day, clouds then drizzle then rain. Exposed skin was wet/cold by late morning, even gortex gear wet by noon.
Skiing, terrain, lack of crowds, company was great!!!
Ask @RachelV if she thinks the weather was "nice." Ha ha!
Last time used many years ago felt like frozen tea bagsHah! I would call both Monday and Tuesday nice. Monday was cold, but I put toe warmers in and they CHANGED MY LIFE [*]. Sunday was frigid but it was also, at least, gorgeous. Wednesday was quite nice until it started to rain. Tuesday was nice with no qualifications.
[*] My memory of toe warmers is that they're huge and hard to get in your boots and feel terrible and then don't stay warm once they're smushed in the boot, anyways. I don't know if these things have gotten that much better in the decade+ since I've used them much or my current boots just have the perfect fit to accommodate them or what, but they were amazing. Warm toes all day. I know the east coast ladies are rolling their eyes at me right now, but long story short, if you haven't used toe warmers in a while and think they suck, give them another shot.![]()
Looks like so much fun! Some pics from day 1 of skiing! Cold but still very nice.

Day 2 at Saddleback tomorrow! Still cold, but not as cold. Tuesday and Wednesday should feel downright tropical once we're back up in the 20s and 30s.
