But, but, he's all ready with his stuffie and everything!View attachment 17007
My poor Spencer boy, who is on the left, tore his ACL. We had to put a baby gate up on the stairs. We didn’t want Spencer to feel punished so now we don’t have any dogs allowed in bed with us at night.
But, but, he's all ready with his stuffie and everything!
Exactly! How can you look at those sad eyes and not camp out downstairs with him?
Believe me, I want to! I keep joking with Dr Pugs that it’s time for a “sleep divorce” so I can keep cuddling the dogs! How can you look at those sad eyes and not camp out downstairs with him?
I'm in love with that look! I hope he always takes mini-spencer along. Good luck on the recovery...I have a goal of training him to bring his mini-Spencer with him everywhere around the house!

Thank you! Spencer has not met you, yet, but I’m certain that he loves you! He loves everyone!I'm in love with that look! I hope he always takes mini-spencer along. Good luck on the recovery...
He keeps bumping into DH with it!That cone looks like a satellite dish!
Beauty!!!!
OMG! The cone of shame! Actually, you can now get soft cones that seem much more comfortable; they're pricey, but they still seem to do the trick. My sweetie pie Spencer is doing well post-surgery. He’s still limping, of course, but he’s got lots of energy and back to doing backflips when greeting people. He’s such a good boy about keeping his cone on and he goes in the crate when we tell him!
