Dalbello Krypton Storm boots

Hi ladies! I am in the market for new boots this year, so I've been trying some on. I've tried on four different pairs- Salomon Scarlet, Lange Exclusive 80 FR, Lange Exclusive 100, and Dalbello Krypton Storm ID. I have a REALLY narrow ankle and calf, so it's hard to find boots. The Salomons and both of the Langes seemed great compared to the pair I have now, but after trying on the Dalbellos (which were last), I think I'm in love! They fit amazing! So, I'm most probably going to get them, but was just wondering if anyone had any opinions or feedback on them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

You are in good company here! You'll have to go a long way to find someone who loves their Krypton Storms more than I do!!!

This year I got the kryzma and am really really looking forward to playing with the stiffer flex and higher cuff height, but............I got a glimpse of the new storm on Epic and
I may sell my old storms and get the new ones to have a back up pair............makes sense to have a back up pair, eh?

I just tried the Krypton Storm and I guess I have fat calves - ouch. I was disappointed. But now I see your comment on them being good for thin ankles and calves I understand.

SnowHot those are pretty boots, very pretty. Something we haven't seen in a while.

I second what Showhot says. I love my Storms, also just bought the Kryzma's.
They're also great for feet with high insteps.

While I have no specific input I would like to commend you for trying boots on first, getting an idea of what feels right on your foot and then asking for feedback. It's so tough to say yay or nay to someone who's never tried them on but quite easy to say go for it when they feel right. I love the looks and specs on the Dalbellos but I'm with Lilabear, they just don't fit me. Welcome to Ski Diva!

Well, I did it! I pulled the trigger last night and am the proud new owner of the Dalbello Krypton Storms, complete with Intuition liners. I'm getting them baked and fit on Thursday, and I can't wait!

Thank you all for your comments and feedback! They were really helpful. Plus, hearing positive things about the boots, as well as how I went about finding them really helps in reinforcing my decision. Not to mention, they're some of the prettiest boots I've ever seen, and that's always a good thing! :p

I kept saying last night that I should have just not tried them on... then I wouldn't have this dilemma.

The problem is, to resell my basically new boots, I'll probably lose half of what I paid and I only skied 3 runs in them. OUCH. I don't know yet what I'm going to do...
