I fly 2-3 x per year, and I guess I'm lucky, as I've never really had a bad experience. Jet Blue is awesome - we were stuck in Burlington trying to get to Phoenix during a snowstorm and Jet Blue refunded us in full when they couldnt get us there for 3 days - something they didnt have to do. My ff program is with United as I used to fly them a lot for work and have their cc - have never had a problem redeeming miles. I hear horror stories about United, but luckily so far so good (knock on wood). USAir, take it or leave it. Southwest is OK, but doesnt serve our airport so I don't take it as often as I used to.
