DH and I got a couple of these last year -- they hold lots! There's room for boots, helmet, a couple of pair of goggles, hats, gloves, etc. and then some!

Scroll down the page, and you will find a link to a couple of ski bags -- they're decent too! (jackets, pants, poles and, of course the skis!

Like you mention -- not real high tech, but very serviceable!

And Speaking of Ski Bags...

You mentioned ski bags... I was at T.J. Maxx yesterday and there were a bunch of funny looking 'purses' in the purse section. After closer inspection I realized they had a whole bunch of Rossignol ski bags for $24.00! What a great surprise - I snagged one. :smile:
