I should be asleep -- when the sun comes up, it will be a ski day! I had one question, though, that I haven't gotten around to asking yet tonight...
I have happy feet in my new boots this winter, and that's a good thing. They stay where they belong -- heels don't lift, shift or drift. Toes aren't pinched, arch insn't scrinched. The question I have about how they're fitting is related to my ankles. There's "wobble" room, and so once in a while, my ankles do just that -- they wobble, just a wee bit. I can't say that they feel loose -- they're snug, but it seems like however much I snug up that ankle buckle, I still have an occasional wobble. Should I be going to see my boot guy about this, or is it okay?

I replaced those due to liner pack-out, more so in one boot than the other, but I'm now considering doing a comparison test, throwing a forefoot shim into the loose one (different size feet by 1/4-1/2 size) and doing a comparison on the fit in other regards. I loved the heel pocket on the Rival, not so much on the Attiva. ???? Seems odd, same general boot, several years later.
