The two videos are adressing very different questions. 1. Drills to prepare us for powder whem we don'tactually have powder. 2. How to actually ski powder and what we need to change to be successful.

Drills without the why and when of the skill application in real life make very little sense.

White pass turns, porpoising, picture frames, square turns, none male much sense without the back story of the skill they are meant to teach the student. The matrix videos are not necessarily intended for the general public but as guidance for the tens of thousands of instructors looking for a quick idea while on a quick snack break.

I'm in Zipfits. I still need to connect my lower legs to the spines with the Booster Straps. I put the Boosters under the shell and cinch them up nice-n-tight.

There are two camps on this issue also.

Booster strap gang! I have them too, mine are the "expert" which I think coincides with the "medium" on the chart. I've had them since last season and so they've already been transferred from one pair of boots to another.
