These maybe too much. The lowest DIN setting is 4. I'm 50 lbs heavier and decades older and at 5.5..

Hello,
I'm looking for bindings for my almost 14 year old who will be using adult gear for the first time this season. He's 105 lbs, and 5'1". Mostly park, big air, and all mountain skiing, all conditions. Do you think these would work? I've looked up weight charts, but still not sure.

I don't know about how freestyle impacts binding choices, but those are the bindings I put on my powder skis I bought last winter. Have other Look bindings on my all-mountain skis that go down to 3.5. Haven't had any issues. I'm 5'0", 110 lbs, usual DIN is 5, advanced but no air.

That binding goes up from4 to 12? That will work well.

I'm 135 lbs and set different bindings at 6, 6.5, and 7.0.
I went up to 7.0 on two pair last sesaaon when tthose bindings pre-released. I was skiing aggressively the first time at speed, making a sharp left turn. I was skiing extremely slowly but in bumps the second time and just walked out of the binding... somehow. 1

12 will be plenty high. 4.0 is very low, too low for what your kid does. I think this binding will be just fine for a growing 105 lb young person who skis everything aggressively.
