Big Sky Name Change.

Big Sky in Montana has changed its name to Whitefish Mountain Resort, taking its name from the town around it.

I know we have some Big Sky people here on the forum (plus it's a place I've always wanted to visit) so I just thought I'd point it out.

Edit on 6/14/07: Just wanted to point out that I made mistake here. It's Big Mountain Resort that's changing its name to Whitefish Mountain Resort. My apologies.

Really? Did you read this on Epic or get it from another source? I'll be heading back to Big Sky this winter and I LOVE that name....

I saw it on FirstTracks.com.

But I was mistaken. It's not Big Sky. It's Big Mountain that's changing it's name. :o

Maybe that's why -- to avoid the inevitable confusion.
