Ski Diva Extraordinaire
Okay, so it took me awhile to actually get to business and find ski pants that fit (at least they fit this year, anyway). Hooray. Done. Now I have found the same pants online, in a different color. Given that I love the current pants (black) - and also that I frequently find myself, in hindight saying "WHY didn't I buy ANOTHER pair??" - I'm considering the same pants in beige-light tan.
I've never had a lighter color ski pant before. Always dark. So are they quicker to look awful/dirty? Just seems like it would be a nice change of pace from the typical New England black (which we wear for warmth as much as anything).
Not cheap but definitely a good price for what they are, and the fit is great, so I'm about ready to pull the trigger. So? Would you get another dark pair or pop for the lighter color?

Great. Now that I'm on the DL, these pants have arrived.
- they are really, really light. I would say this is more of an off-white than anything beige. Haven't even taken them out of the box and plastic to try on yet (figuring what's the point). But first, a bit of diva input requested: I know how much everyone has talked about no white (or anything similar), from skis to outfits. But what about these light(er) pants? If worn with bright and darker jackets, is this still considered not visible enough? Because if the fit isn't perfect (same mfr and size as other pants recently bought), back they go. Help?
