Banged up Knee

Caught a tail, flipped, and torqued my knee yesterday. Am so mad my binding didn't release. Heard 3 pops, but honestly, could have been my creaky neck or back, which are fine. It hurt so much at the time, but is really calming down. Will head to the ortho next week, but local urgent care hooked me up with a brace and crutches. Xray fine. Healing well already.

All of your posts about healing up so well are so inspiring! Thank you for the hope.

Turns out to be massive bone bruises and a fracture not seen on the xray. Healing up. Out for 4 months, which seems like a very long timem
If you are open to herbal medicines, consider taking Yunnan Baiyao for a month or two. It can speed up the healing process related to bruises and fractures.
