I have been taking aquacize classes (when available) through my local park district for a number of years now. Last night we had a substitute teacher. One of the moves she had us doing she called "moguls" - feet together, rebouding off the bottom of the pool, jumping sideways (side to side) over the lane marker. I think I was the only participant also doing an imaginary pole plant during this move! LOL :becky: :wink:

Boots were much lighter back then! Made of leather. Otherwise, we could make this work!

@Amie H - it's called "water aerobics" in New England. I can't speak for the whole USA, though!
