Anyone with plantar fasciitis?

i carry a ton of tension in my trapezius muscles along my neck, and wish i could get at them as easily as my feet!
Oh that is me. Traps and scalenes. Sometimes there's so much tension, it's as if I'm numb to hard pressure. I've tried massage, cupping, myofascial release/trigger point therapy. Some of that provided relief, but it was always temporary. I see it as part of the lifestyle I lead--lots of long driving, sitting, and computer work.

yup- just now i reminded myself to sit up straight and relax my muscles. i was a lot better for a while, but the past ~month i've been hunched over at work during a busy period. i keep meaning to stop in for some bodywork but never get around to it. the deep tissue is the only thing that offers more than temporary relaxation.
