Anyone Planning to Try the BOA Boot System?

The liner in the Sti is super duper thin !!
Everything about the Sti fits me so much better incl the instep. My left foot is slightly bigger volume than my right so that fits me better, I still have to crank the 2 middle buckles on the right foot as its really low volume and due to my injury Im also very unstable in the right ankle so cranking them down helps.
If you get the chance I would at least try them on if you can, I resisted for ages and now dont know how I skied without them.
There are quite a few local ladies wearing them here, from recreational skiers to instructors, racers, freeride skiers and we all love them.
Also the 110 flex seems perfect for me in the Atomic but the 105 flex in my Mach 1's was too stiff ..... the joys of trying to understand flex :noidea:
Right, flex is so arbitrary, I'd say my 110 stis are a bit stiffer than my 115 hawx ultras were, the numbers just dont mean a lot! The stis have a really nice smooth flex too. The only thing I don't like about them is putting them on  but I always hated putting on my hawx too!

Speaking of the thin sti liners, how are you finding yours going over the season? I felt that mine packed out fast in the heel/ankle area which feels so annoying but at least the boot width is wayyy better than my old boots, so probably I can just get a couple of j bars added to the ankles of the thin sti liner to make them feel a bit more comfy in that area again.

I hear ya !! Its hell putting them on but all the other benefits outweigh that little issue and yes flex is super smooth.
My liners seem to be going good so far, I might however look at getting replacement tongues, they come with a high volume tongue but I think my feet would be more suited to either the MV or LV and that might save me from having to crank the buckles over my instep, hopefully Gnomes can get them in for me.
