Anyone have a question for Ingrid Backstrom?

Ingrid is one of the hottest extreme skiers on the planet. In 2002, she was the only female on Powder Magazine's list of "11 Future Big Mountain Heros." She stars in Warren Miller and Matchstick productions films and has won numerous free skiing contests. (For more info, go here.)

Ingrid's going to be in a new documentary ski move coming out in a few weeks called "Steep," and the guys from Liftopia will be interviewing her, along with some of the other athletes in the movie, for the Liftopia blog. They've invited us Divas to provide them with any questions we'd like her to answer. So if anyone has a question for Ingrid, post it here!

What is the most difficult shot you've ever done for a movie? What's it like to usually be the only woman in these ski films? Does she have any idea of how fast she was going in the scene in "Steep"? How did she evolve into doing what she's doing? Does she plan to continue doing the same thing for the indefinite future? How old is she?

So have any of you diva's seen Steep yet? It doesn't come to Spokane until the end of February, so I was wondering what you think of it?

I saw it in NYC and I really liked it! It's not the super hyped up skiing like Matchstick Productions Movies. But, an enjoyable documentary partially covering the history of Big Mountain Skiing. Some of the highlights for me include interviews with Doug & Emily Coombs, Ingrid Backstrom's skiing (WOW!), and seeing more footage of Chamonix. There were so many quotes I wish I would had written down!
