That is, with the new limitation of one peice of checked baggage? Any of the A-basin gals flew Continental?
Continental is one of the airline that define (technically) ski equipment as ski bag + boot bag
Quote:
"An item of ski equipment consists of:
up to 2 pair of snow skis and associated equipment in 1 bag and 1 ski boot bag. "
But I wonder if anyone been on them this month, after the new policy, who managed to check a ski bag AND A BOOT BAG without being charged extra?
I can squeeze my stuff into the ski bag and the rest into my carry on. But that makes for a rather un-yieldingly big ski bag. So if people are having good enough luck with ski bag + boot bag without being charge, I'd prefer to go that route...
