Left all my solid partners (besides my husband) in Colorado, and seeking some new climbing friends.

I am new to trad and can lead easy trad, and up to 5.9/10 a/b sport...well I could in Colorado I hear the East Coast ratings are harder so maybe I need to re-evaluate my skill here! Nevertheless, I'm Looking for partners (besides my husband) for when I'm not biking. PM me if you climb and are in a 3 hr drive or so to local crags (like the Gunks or Rumney or anything!)

Thanks! I'm heading to the Red Rocks Rendexvous next week and I'm psyched, the rock there is awesome and the beer flows free of charge from New Belgium at night :D

The really sad thing about me is that I went to school and grew up near Rumney and the Gunks....but didn't start climbing until I was leaving those areas. :( That being said, I'd recommend hooking up with your local chapter of the AMC - I know there are climbers located in Danbury - I had done a wilderness first aid training course thru AMC w/ a climber that was based in D'bury. Although, now that I think about it, he's a guy, and you're posting here to meet women climbers.....

I'd love to make it out to Red Rocks at some point - have a great time out there!
