Am I crazy, or simply obsessed?

So I have this awful cold and the day begins cold and raw and sleeting and it's simply miserable. But then it starts to snow a bit, and lunchtime rolls around, and after some nice chicken soup I think, well, maybe I'll head on over to the mountain and take a few runs. So I put on all my ski clothes, gather up all my gear and drive on over. I get out of the car, and it's starting to sleet again and I'm feeling stuffy and achy, and it's cold and wet, and I think, "I must be nuts." So I get back in the car, drive to the pharmacy to buy some nasal spray, and drive back home.

Am I obsessed with skiing?

Maybe :o .

But maybe not. I did come home.

Ski Diva, I hope you feel better soon!

Honestly, depending upon the "kind" of cold I have, sometimes it really helps to get outdoors and ski (or hike, kayak, etc.). So, I can see why you thought you were up for it, only to realize later that it wasn't the best idea. ;)

Rest up! You might decide tomorrow is the day to go skiing!
