Accommodation in Verbier ? Warren Smith Ski Academy ?

Two friends and I are hoping to spend a week in Verbier in early February. We are pretty good skiers and interested in off piste terrain, hoping the snow will be decent then. We've left it late to book, and are struggling to find suitable accomodation, either two hotel rooms or an apartment. Saw a shout out for Hotel Ermitage, but they are booked up. Might anyone know of a place similar to that - a three star property that is well located ?

And - has anyone taken the Warren Smith Ski Academy there ? Is it worth it ?

I've only skied one day at Verbier but what an amazing place ! Remember skied part of the famous run, The Tortin....
