Think my Fuegos are now officially retired. I’m on vacation and kids skis were free if two adults hired skis and Mr DeeSki needed to hire anyway, so it worked out cheaper if I hired too. Took out something much softer and more forgiving and I’m skiing much better. I’ve lost weight/strength/my nerve over the last few years and the fuegos are just too much for me at the moment. However, I am inspired by the skier I once was. I took those skis down two feet of fresh snow in Squaw without a bother! If I could it before, some day I’ll do it again, right?
