That's where my thoughts keep going. Unfortunately, DW wants to move away from the cold bits of the country when we retire. I'm hoping that global warming will turn the Willamette Valley into a tropical paradise and keep the Cascades topped up with snow. If the Oregon Coast beaches become swimmable, with or without oxygen for the fishes, we're golden.
